- Pay: Compensation ranges from $27.40/hr to $28.85/hr contingent upon experience, education, and qualifications.
Ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time, including overnight travel, based on business needs and recruiting initiatives.
CW is seeking a National Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across multiple locations nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting candidates face-to-face, representing an organization at community events and job fairs, and helping hiring managers find exceptional talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across multiple locations and business lines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and community partnerships.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to support recruiting activities across multiple time zones and geographic locations.
- Travel nationally to support and coordinate hiring events, job fairs, open houses, workforce development initiatives, community outreach programs, and onsite recruiting efforts.
- Facilitate local and national onboarding activities and help create a positive new hire experience.
- Build strong talent pipelines and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote CW's mission, culture, and employment opportunities in the communities we serve.
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycles, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
- Valid RealID
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
Bonus If You Have These Skills:
- Experience recruiting for government contracts, workforce development programs, or multi-site operations.
- Experience supporting hiring initiatives for individuals with disabilities and other underrepresented talent populations.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
- Proficiency with UKG systems and recruiting technologies.
- Familiarity with Circa Mitratech platform, with the ability to navigate and utilize system functions effectively.
- Familiarity with the AbilityOne Program and its role in providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- Proven ability to successfully meet recruiting goals and hiring deadlines in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.

Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Office Environment: This position is primarily based in a professional office environment. The incumbent is expected to work full-time on-site, performing duties at a desk and utilizing standard office equipment including computers, telephones, printers, and other technology tools. The environment is climate-controlled with moderate noise levels consistent with office operations.
- Extended Hours: The position may occasionally require work outside of standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, to meet organizational deadlines, participate in meetings, respond to urgent matters, or attend events and conferences.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent and sustained use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment is required. The role involves repetitive motion and fine motor skills for data entry, document review, and written communication.
- Visual and Hearing Acuity: Must possess sufficient visual acuity to read detailed documents, analyze spreadsheets, review dashboards, and interpret data displayed on computer screens or in printed form. Adequate hearing is necessary to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings, whether in person, by phone, or via virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Mobility and Physical: The position involves occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving items up to 20 pounds, such as program materials, documents, or presentation equipment. Occasional movement between departments, meeting rooms, and partner sites is required.
- Confidentiality and Ethics: The role involves handling sensitive information and requires strict adherence to confidentiality protocols and ethical standards.
- Travel: This role will require travel, including both local and out-of-state trips. Travel may involve attending job fairs, workshops, conferences, conducting site visits, supporting program implementation, or representing the organization at external meetings.
