- Schedule: Sunday to Saturday from 6:00am to 2:00pm (Days Vary)
Join the support team as a Production Assistant - Logistics for a prestigious television production at Foxwoods Resort Casino. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role puts you at the center of daily operations, ensuring materials and deliveries move smoothly across the property to keep the production running efficiently.
- Receive incoming packages from UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, and accurately enter them into the digital tracking system.
- Transport packages and materials between loading docks and the production studio using hand trucks and electric power jacks.
- Drive company vans along a designated loop within the Foxwoods campus to deliver and pick up materials.
- Move pallets and larger shipments using electric power jacks (training and certification provided).
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Supervisor regarding task progress and completion.
- Support general production logistics and assist with additional tasks as needed.
- Meet daily production and logistics targets with accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Laborer in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, staging, palletizing).
- Valid government‑issued Driver License (CDL not required).
- Ability to pass a standard drug test.
Bonus If You Have These Skills:
- Forklift certification.
- OSHA safety training.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or basic inventory systems.
- Clear verbal communication with supervisors and team members.
- Ability to ask questions when instructions are unclear.
- Comfort giving updates on progress or issues.
- Works well in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude that contributes to a productive work culture.

Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Lifting: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, boxes, and equipment weighing up to 50–75 pounds throughout the shift.
- Mobility: Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements on concrete floors.
- Manual Dexterity: Involves frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials, operate tools, and work with production or packaging equipment.
- Vision Requirements: Requires the ability to read labels, follow work orders, identify product defects, and safely navigate warehouse areas.
- Climbing & Access: May require climbing ladders, stepping onto platforms, or reaching overhead to access materials or equipment.
- Warehouse Conditions: Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment that may be hot, cold, dusty, or non‑climate‑controlled.
- Environmental Exposure: Exposure to noise, moving machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks, and typical industrial odors or airborne particles is common.
- Equipment Use: Requires use of pallet jacks, carts, and other material‑handling equipment that may produce noise and vibration; PPE must be worn as required.
- Pace & Stamina: Must be able to maintain physical stamina and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
