- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00am to 2:00pm
Join our production team as a Production Supervisor – Logistics for a high‑profile television production at Foxwoods Resort Casino. This is a working supervisor position: you will lead a small logistics team while actively participating in daily operations to keep materials moving efficiently across the property.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee and work alongside a team of two Production Assistants responsible for receiving, transporting, and delivering materials throughout the Foxwoods campus.
- Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to maintain a productive, professional, and safety focused work environment.
- Communicate operational updates, challenges, and resource needs to production leadership.
- Ensure all team members follow safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and property rules.
Hands‑On Logistics Responsibilities:

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or production environment.
- Prior experience leading, training, or coordinating a small team.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or digital inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, staging, and material movement.
- Ability to work in a physically active, fast‑moving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions and feedback.
- Valid government‑issued Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a standard drug test.
Bonus If You Have These Skills:
- Forklift certification or experience operating material‑handling equipment.
- OSHA safety training or similar safety‑focused coursework.
- Experience working in a production, entertainment, or event‑based environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues and make quick, practical decisions.

Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Lifting: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, boxes, and equipment weighing up to 50–75 pounds throughout the shift.
- Mobility: Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements on concrete floors.
- Manual Dexterity: Involves frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials, operate tools, and work with production or packaging equipment.
- Vision Requirements: Requires the ability to read labels, follow work orders, identify product defects, and safely navigate warehouse areas.
- Climbing & Access: May require climbing ladders, stepping onto platforms, or reaching overhead to access materials or equipment.
- Warehouse Conditions: Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment that may be hot, cold, dusty, or non‑climate‑controlled.
- Environmental Exposure: Exposure to noise, moving machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks, and typical industrial odors or airborne particles is common.
- Equipment Use: Requires use of pallet jacks, carts, and other material‑handling equipment that may produce noise and vibration; PPE must be worn as required.
- Pace & Stamina: Must be able to maintain physical stamina and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
